country, and we like their LinkPoint gateway.

layout your ticket order choices………
Patrons
select tickets they want to purchase, and are taken to a secure credit card
page. Ticket Inspector DOES NOT collect credit card data.
Once
Credit Card is approved, patron is issued a PIN number and a confirming email
is sent to his/her email address. A second confirming email is also sent at the
same time to YOUR email address.
Patron
then enters his/her email address and PIN code to print ticket. If patron has
no printer, he/she can simply bring the email or the PIN code to the event and
it will be verified at the gate using FREE Ticket Inspector software.

Patron
brings ticket(s) to YOUR EVENT, and at your GATE, we give you FREE Ticket
Inspector software that you load onto your laptop(s) at the gate. We also
supply you with BARCODE SCANNERS that plug into your laptop USB ports. You can
use one or several networked laptops, all sharing a single database. You can
download the database and put it on your laptop, or you can continue to sell
tickets over the Internet while processing tickets at your gate.

friend made a photocopy of the ticket. Susan gets in but her friend does not,
because the ticket was already processed!

the “Counter” button and see up to the second stats about your event. How many

We offer a total admission control
solution that seamlessly combines scanning turnstiles, pedestals and hand held
scanners, and Ticket Inspector software, into a reliable, state-of-the-art
facility admission system.
HOW IT WORKS
As patrons enter the facility,
tickets are presented to Ticket Inspector’s scanning hardware for validation.
The Ticket Inspector Validation
system reads the barcode and, if valid, a green light and display indicate that
entry is granted. If invalid, the display explains why the ticket was rejected.
Ticket Inspector stores the time and location of each scan. This information is
immediately available to supervisors using a portable terminal, or later, via
customized reports.
The entire Ticket Inspector
Gate system is comprised of three components:
Ticket Inspector Gate Software is a server-based Windows
application that is designed to function as “plug-in” entertainment facility
admission control software. Ticket Inspector Gate Validation communicates with
the facility ticketing system and controls the Ticket Inspector Scanning
Hardware used at facility admission points.
Ticket Inspector Scanning
Hardware consists
of turnstiles, pedestals and handheld scanners designed to communicate with
Ticket Inspector Validation software. Ticket Inspector hardware is
well-engineered and highly integrated both in terms of looks and functionality.
Ticket Inspector offers radio frequency communication, battery powered
operation, portability and operational redundancy in a very attractive package.
Integration to Ticket Inspector
Scanners is
accomplished through the use of an easy to follow API that allows the ticketing
provider to utilize the full functionality of the Ticket Inspector Validation
system.
Whether your facility uses a traditional in-house admission system, web-based ticketing, third-party ticketing company, or even a combination of methods, Ticket Inspector’s Gate solution closes the loop between the ticket purchase and the gate. Gate Validation allows real-time, online scanning of general admission and reserved seat tickets, season passes, and credentials, including “print at home” tickets.

What is SaaS?

“on premise”, “packaged”, “shrink- wrapped”, or “client-server” software
Another strong
benefit of SaaS is that it allows anytime/anywhere access to the software and
data. VPNs, FTP servers, remote access software, and other cumbersome means of
accessing on-premise software are no longer needed. All that is required is an
Internet connection and a browser to access software delivered over the web.
The sub-benefits? Lower costs, simplicity, speed of access, increased
productivity, and end-user satisfaction.
There are many
additional benefits of SaaS, but the final one to be discussed here is that it
enables much quicker software implementations. Delays in hardware procurement
(servers, routers, firewalls, cabling, switches, racks, etc.) are a given in
almost any software implementation project. Then comes the installation of the
software, server tweaks, de-bugging, patch installs, version upgrades, and
other delightful issues that keep your IT resource up until 3 AM for weeks on
